Magee, Grace L.

Grace Magee, age 88, of Cty C, Pulaski, died Thursday, February 12, 2004. She was born March 19, 1915, in Angelica to the late William and Cora (Hanstedt) Specht. Grace married Robert W. Magee January 19, 1932, in Waukegan, IL. The couple lived in the Angelica area all of their married life. Grace and Bob were married for 52 years before he preceded her in death February 10, 1984.

Grace was the cook at Angelica Grade School for many years. She was an active member of Angelica United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She enjoyed helping with the Angelica Church Suppers. She was also a member of Shawano County Extension Homemakers and a 4-H Leader for many years. Grace loved her family and friends and enjoyed sharing her gardening and cooking talents with them.

Survivors include three daughters: Catherine Mae Morris of Fond du Lac, Rhoda (Jim) Blasczyk of Austin, TX and Lynne (Cliff) Zittlow of Bonduel; six grandchildren: Ronald (Pennie) Morris, Jill (Dan) Duranceau, Holly (Brian) Borden, David (Heather) Zittlow, Daniel Zittlow and John Zittlow; nine great-grandchildren; a step-sister, Nelda (Victor) Klevesahl, Green Bay and a sister-in-law, Myrtle Specht of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by one sister, Elma, three brothers, Louis, Fritz and Merl, and one son-in-law, Robert Morris.

The funeral service will be Monday, February 16, at 11 a.m. at Angelica United Methodist Church with Pastor Loretta Waegli officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery in Angelica. Friends may call at Wendt Funeral Home, Bonduel, Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. to the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in lieu of flowers.
